What do I do?
I study how people move through the world —
how meaning is interpreted, how emotion is handled, and how power quietly shapes behavior.
Most breakdowns don’t come from lack of effort or intelligence.
They come from misaligned perception, unprocessed emotion, and loss of self-command under pressure.
My work focuses on three things across work, love, family:

What we hold, suppress, or absorb emotionally in order to keep things functioning.
How we lead ourselves.
The internal rules that govern dignity, boundaries, and restraint when systems fail to support us.
